Riley Neugebauer, Remote Energy Instructor

Riley is an Installer Sales Specialist with Unirac in the Southwest, and is based in Boulder, CO. Previously, she worked on the Solar for All program at the Colorado Energy Office, and prior to that was a full-time residential solar installer and electrician at Namaste Solar Electric. She has also worked in Durango, CO, assisting several small solar companies with a variety of tasks ranging from sales and initial design to installation and project management. She has been passionate about solar for a long time as a technology to help address climate change, and even more passionate about helping to empower women that want to work in the solar trades. She started Solar for Women as a way to connect and eventually train more women technicians and installers. Teaching with the BRIDGE Program with Remote Energy and Red Cloud Renewable is something she is very excited about, in order to help bring solar technical skills to more women, and help build more inclusive spaces for women in the solar trades, alongside some of the best solar educators out there!
