Pamela Baldinger

Pamela Baldinger is an international development and business specialist with over 20 years of experience in the design and management of energy projects. As Senior Energy Advisor on USAID’s Energy Team, she worked on energy efficiency, clean cooking and electrification projects in Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East. She currently works as a consultant focusing on the nexus between gender and energy, with particular emphasis on increasing women’s participation in the energy sector workforce. Her clients include the World Bank, Millennium Challenge Corporation, and Oxford Policy Management. Pamela holds a BA from Tufts University, an M.SC from the London School of Economics, and has preliminary NABCEP certification. Conversant in Mandarin and Spanish, Pam has authored numerous articles and lectured at the US State Department’s Foreign Service Institute.
