Aloh Vanissa, Instructor

 

Aloh vanissa Nghemachi was born on the 20th of December 1994 in Awing health center,  Cameroon. She received the Technical Teachers' Advanced Certificate Of Education (DIPET 1)  In Renewable Energy, the Technical Teachers' Postgraduate Certificate Of Education (DIPET II)  in Electrotechnics, and the Master Of Engineering degree (M.Eng) In Electrical Power Systems from the University of Buea, Cameroon in 2017, 2019, and 2022 respectively.

She is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree at INSTITUT NATIONAL DES SCIENCES APPLIQUEES  (INSA) DE LYON, AMPERE laboratory in France and the lab of Electrical Engineering and  computing, University of Buea.

Her current research interests include optimization of solid-state  circuit breakers for DC PV standalone system applications. In 2019, she started her teaching career in Government Technical College (GTC) kombo Amunja 1, where she serves as a technical  educator of electricity till date, under the ministry of secondary Education (MINESEC) in  Cameroon. She is a member of WENTECH Cameroon with the vision to train young women in  Renewable energy. She is a passionate and enthusiastic trainer who prides herself in having her students (especially young girls) excel in the field of electrical engineering in general and Renewable  Energy in particular.
